Balaraba’s experience in teaching and counseling spans more than a decade. She has spoken and presented papers in seminars and conferences on relationships, child abuse , career etc. She is also a contributor and serves in the advisory board of the Nigerian youth’s inspirational magazine, YoungNigerian.com.
For more than a decade, Balaraba has provided a platform through her services to positively treat and utterly inspire people to achieve greatness in their calling. Her love and passion is helping people realize their God-given potentials and exposing the giant in them that could ultimately impact the world. She believes everyone has a purpose here on earth and everyone is created for greatness, and has therefore adopted her T.I.A ( Treat. Inspire. Achieve) formula to help them.
In 2011 she founded Cintabali Consults International, to provide counseling services, behavioral therapy, educational and vocational consultancy, among others.
She has her Master of Science degree in Research Methods in Psychology from Anglia Ruskin University Cambridge, United Kingdom, Master of Education in Educational Psychology and Bachelor of Arts (Ed) in Guidance Counseling from the University of Lagos, Nigeria.
She is a member of several associations including British Psychological Society (BPS), American Psychological Association (APA), Canadian Psychological Association (CPA), Nigerian Psychological Association (NPA), Association of Professional Counsellors of Nigeria (APROCON) and National Council of Women Societies (NCWS).
Balaraba is currently a doctoral student at Leeds Beckett University, United Kingdom.
